If you have ever encountered with some errors in Online/Dongle Build,We have given a solution to your problems.
Please Check below key points and try the solutions given.

Online Version

1. Unable to proceed, please enable internet.
Continous Internet Connection is required for InPage Online build. Make Sure Internet is working fine before running InPage.

2. Invalid Product Key.
Product key entered is wrong. Match the key you are entering with the provided key(To avoid mistake, Use Copy paste rather than typing.)

3. Invalid Product Key and Machine Combination Found.
This issue comes when you are using different key then the previous one on your machine.
Uninstall previous build from your machine and email us with your previous key and new key at info@inpage.com or write to us at Contact Us.

4. Either internet is not connected or there are some server issues.
Make sure internet is working fine on your system. Try this in your browser to check internet: InPageAuth?
If no file gets downloaded, internet is not running on your system. Please check your internet and then try running inpage.
Else, Check with your antivirus and proxy settings. Make sure your antivurus hasn't blocked InPage access and try setting proxy off.
If neither of them works, email us with your product Key at info@inpage.com or write to us at Contact Us.

5. Maximum Concurrent Users limit reached. Please Close previous InPage and try again.
You are running inpage simultaneoulsy on more than the no of machines your key is registered for.
If user purchased InPage for one machine only, then InPage can run on only one machine at a time.
However, InPage can run on many machines at different times.
If you want to use InPage simultaneosuly on more than one machine, email us at info@inpage.com

6. Product Key is No Longer Active, Please contact Vendor.
Demo build is provided with limited days. Once you make a purchase, You get InPage for lifetime.
If you have purchased the product and still get the error, please email us your key at info@inpage.com or write to us at Contact Us.

Dongle Version

1. Dongle not found.
Make Sure you have plugged in the dongle in your machine while running InPage.
Check if your system is able to detect the dongle by plugging some other USBs in your system's port.

2. Unable to proceed, please enable internet.
One time Internet Communication is required for Dongle build. Check your system's internet.
Check with your antivirus and proxy settings. See if the InPage access is blocked by either of them.
Try uninstalling antivirus and setting proxy off. If neither of the method works, email us with your dongle no. at info@inpage.com or write to us at Contact Us.

3. Invalid Product Key.
Dongle is not registered with InPage Database. Make sure you are using the same dongle that is provided to you.
If this not works, email us with your dongle no. at info@inpage.com or write to us at Contact Us.

4. Invalid Product Key and Machine Combination Found.
Your machine is bind with some old product key/dongle key and you are using a different new key.
Uninstall previous build from your machine and email us with your previous key and new key at info@inpage.com

5. Either internet is not connected or there are some server issues.
Make sure internet is working fine on your system. Try this in your browser to check internet: InPageAuth?

This can be because of 2 reasons:
• You are running inpage simultaneoulsy on more than the no of machines your key is registered for.
If user purchased InPage for one machine only, then InPage can only run on one machine at a time.
However, InPage can run on many machines at different times.

• Always exit InPage with dongle plugged in. Do not remove your dongle before you close Inpage.
This error may come when you have not successfully logged out from your previous build using above mentioned method.
Open InPage on your previous machine again and close it with dongle. If error still persists, email us with your dongle no. at info@inpage.com or write to us at Contact Us.

7. Product Key is No Longer Active, Please contact Vendor.
